In Russia, 37,120 cases of coronavirus were recorded per day, the headquarters reports.
1,254 people died. The day before, the same number of patients with COVID-19 died, this became the maximum value for a pandemic. Most of the deaths are in Moscow – 93, in St. Petersburg – 75, in the Krasnodar Territory – 72.
The total number of victims of the disease in the country has reached 262,843.
7.992 million patients recovered and were discharged in the country, including 36,172 were discharged.
New episodes were recorded in 85 regions of Russia. There are 3239 new cases of COVID-19 in Moscow, 2637 in St. Petersburg, and 1885 in the Moscow region.
In total, 9 million 294 188 cases of coronavirus infection were registered in Russia during the pandemic.
