In Volgograd, opponents of QR codes broke into the department of Rospotrebnadzor, the local publication V1.RU reports, citing eyewitnesses. The work of the supervisory authority was stopped.

QR codes were introduced in the city for visiting non-grocery stores, catering establishments, cinemas, museums and for buying public transport passes.
Earlier, local activists appealed to the prosecutor’s office with a request to check the legality of the order of the local authorities on the introduction of QR codes.
