In St. Petersburg, police officers used force to detain a 14-year-old schoolgirl. Her mother published a video on her page on VKontakte, where the girl is twisted and pushed into a service car by three uniformed men, and she screams and resists.
The woman, who witnessed what is happening, in the video tells the police that she will write a complaint against them, but they do not react.
The schoolgirl’s mother said that she crossed the road in the wrong place, for which the police tried to detain her and hit her when they pushed her into the car.
