“There is such a task, there is nothing to argue with, we need to find the most optimal and acceptable solution to it,” says Popova. She noted that the government knows how to do it, however, “there can be no mistake here, and therefore this decision should be very balanced”.

Until February 1, if a person does not have the necessary documentation to visit these facilities, he will be able to present a negative PCR test. After February 1, such an opportunity will be available only to citizens with a medical treatment.
