The Kirovsky District Court of Ufa satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and recovered 529,400.11 rubles from the ex-head of the local headquarters of Navalny, Lilia Chanysheva, as well as activists Olga Komleva and Ilgam Yanberdin, for overtime police work at the January 23 rally. The court recognized the activists as organizers of the action in support of Navalny.
The decision will be appealed.

In early November, the Kirovsky District Court of Ufa sent a pregnant ex-employee of Navalny’s headquarters Lilia Chanysheva under arrest until January 9, 2022. She is accused of creating an extremist community, money laundering, and involving minors in dangerous situations. In total, she was charged under five criminal articles.
