The prosecutor’s office asked the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow to sentence the participant of the rally on January 23 to 4.5 years in an educational colony, informs RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of the court.
How writes Mediazona, referring to the court’s file, is about 18-year-old Maxim Lelikov, the verdict will be announced in the morning on November 16.

Soon after the rally, Lelikov was detained. He was assigned a ban on certain actions in lieu of house arrest. He is charged with several episodes under the article on the use of violence against security officials (part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code). For each of them, the prosecution asks for 2.5 years.
November 12 Moscow City Court did not replace the suspended sentence with a real 17-year-old person involved in the “palace case” Gleb Borisov. The court gave him a five-year suspended sentence, but the prosecutor’s office demanded to change the sentence to seven years in real terms.
