The defendants in the case of embezzlement of 400 million rubles during the preparation of estimates during the construction of facilities at the Vostochny cosmodrome received real terms. About it informs Kommersant.

In particular, the ex-head of the Federal Center for Pricing in Construction Yevgeny Ermolaev received the maximum term as the organizer of the embezzlement. The court also stripped him of state awards.

Former and. O. Head of FSUE “Dalspetsstroy under Spetsstroy of Russia” Andrei Zakharov received 4.5 years in prison, general directors of TsNIIMTsEN LLC and Gosnormata LLC Olga Zugaeva and Sergei Polivanov – 4.5 and 4 years, respectively.

A criminal case against another accused – and. O. Vyacheslav Fatkullin, head of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Main Directorate for the Construction of Roads and Airfields under the Spetsstroy of Russia,” was assigned to a separate production, since he is currently on the wanted list. None of the accused pleaded guilty.

According to Kommersant, the FCSS headed by Yermolaev was supposed to develop indices for changes in the estimated cost of construction and installation work at the facilities of the Vostochny cosmodrome. The investigation and the court concluded that the money allocated for this was withdrawn to the accounts associated with the contractors – TsNIIMTSEN and “Gosnormat”. Later, these funds went to one-day firms. At the same time, according to the investigation, the FTSSS should have performed the work without contractors.

According to the investigation, Yermolaev and his accomplices invested the stolen money in the purchase of land in the elite settlements near Moscow: in Barvikha, the Vidnovsky district and the resort area near Dmitrov.
