On Badanin and Verzilov they drew up protocols on violation of the order of activity of the media “foreign agent”

In relation to the editor-in-chief of the Agency Roman Badanin and the publisher of Mediazona Pyotr Verzilov, administrative protocols were drawn up on violation of the order of activity of the media “foreign agent” (part 1 of article 19.34.1 of the Administrative Code). On this drew attention Telegram-channel “CHTD”.

The website of the Moscow City Court does not indicate what exactly the journalists are accused of. The court session on the Badanin protocol is scheduled for December 1, and on the Verzilov protocol – on December 6. Journalists face a fine of 10 thousand rubles.

Roman Badanin was on to the register of media “foreign agents” on July 15 this year, Petr Verzilov appeared on the list later – September 29.

November 8 Horoshevsky District Court of Moscow fined human rights activist Lev Ponomarev, who in December last year was recognized as an “foreign agent”, for 10 thousand rubles for the lack of appropriate labeling in social networks.
