The actors of the series about the fictional deputy Vitaly Nalivkin were searched for a new hooliganism case. The Insider was informed about this by the author of the project, Andrey Klochkov.
According to him, the film crew is accused under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – hooliganism committed with the use of explosives or explosive devices.
“On November 4, riot police broke into our studio, where we are making videos about Nalivkin. They laid us all face down, took all the equipment and telephones and read us a decree to initiate a criminal case – that we are such malicious terrorists, filmed a video, used pyrotechnics in a deserted place and allegedly severely violated public order by these actions.
We shot this video a month and a half ago, and everything was fine. They were filming with all precautions, there were no residential areas nearby and no buildings at all. Even the Ministry of Emergency Situations after the filming checked this place and did not find any traces there, there was no damage. But now, after a month and a half, they decided to cling to this, a statement was immediately drawn from the administration of Ussuriysk, where the damage of 32 thousand rubles appears. And on the basis of this statement, they decided to bring us under a grave article. Now they are preparing materials to quickly present all of this to us in court.
This is an obvious pulling of the owl on the globe, they say that they are working specifically for us. They decided to just harass us, and with such a criminal article. We always made contact with law enforcement agencies, explained the situation that we were filming a video and there was no intent to disturb the order. What is the difference from us people who constantly blow up fireworks in the city? Pyrotechnics are on free sale, and we are under a criminal case for this.
To begin with, we want to understand what kind of situation it is and what will be the further fate of all this chaos. Now we will observe this and count on the support of the public, ”said Klochkov.
The security officials’ attention was drawn to a video where Nalivkin shoots a grenade launcher at an abandoned bag at a bus stop.
