Roman Masyutenko, a lawyer for four participants in the brawl in New Moscow, said that his clients called the victim the culprit of the incident. According to them, he himself provoked the conflict. Later, the man behaved aggressively in the investigator’s office, “even had to calm down”, is talking advocate.

According to Masyutenko, his clients were defending themselves, not attacking. Later, the lawyer said that the attackers did not deny participation in the fight, but did not admit guilt in attempted murder. He also noted that one of his clients was brandishing an expander, and not a knife, as the victims decided.

“They do not admit their guilt and consider themselves the same victims. Because they were also hit, and we still maintain that the provocateur of this conflict was the injured party, ”Masyutenko said.

One of the attackers on a man with a child, the Shcherbinsky District Court sent to a pre-trial detention center for two months – Faramaz Hasanov will remain under arrest until at least January 5, 2022. writes RIA Novosti.

After the beating, a criminal case was initiated under article 213 “Hooliganism”, but the chairman of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin instructed to retrain him under a heavier article.

Four detainees are from 17 to 19 years old. The investigation asks the Shcherbinsky City Court to take them into custody.

On the evening of November 4, near residential buildings on Novovatutinsky Prospekt in New Moscow, a conflict arose between young people and two men, one of whom was with a four-year-old child.
