The Investigative Committee has charged four participants in the attack on a man with a child in New Moscow with attempted murder and is requesting their arrest. About it reported on the SK website.
After the beating, a criminal case was initiated under article 213 “Hooliganism”, but the head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, ordered him to be retrained under a more serious article.
Four detainees are from 17 to 19 years old. The investigation asks the Shcherbinsky City Court to take them into custody.
On the evening of November 4, near residential buildings on Novovatutinsky Prospekt in New Moscow, a conflict arose between young people and two men, one of whom was with a four-year-old child. By their actions, the defendants created a threat to the life and health of the child, the UK said in a statement.
According to the lawyer of the detainees, his clients defended themselves, not attacked.
