Employees of the PCT Construction Management company, which is building a school in Kemerovo under the state order, demand that they be paid their salaries. It was he who issued permission for the commissioning of the Zimnyaya Vishnya shopping center in 2014. The building, built with numerous violations, burned down in 2018. It killed 60 people, most of whom were children.

According to the publication, the PCT Construction Department received a contract for the construction of the school in 2020. According to information on the public procurement portal, now the contractor has been paid from the regional budget for more than 703 million rubles, but the actual fulfilled obligations are estimated at only 350 million, reports Taiga.Info.
