A court in Severodvinsk fined activist Sergei Ilyukhin 150 thousand rubles for a post on the social network VKontakte, informs “7X7” with reference to the head of the city branch of “Yabloko” Oksana Vladyka.
Ilyukhin was detained on November 4. The police announced him as the organizer of an unauthorized rally in connection with the publication in which the activist announced the recording of a video message to Russian President Vladimir Putin demanding the abolition of QR codes and mandatory vaccination in the Arkhangelsk region. A protocol was drawn up against Ilyukhin on the repeated violation of the rules for holding a rally (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).
Residents of Severodvinsk in the end recorded video message without Ilyukhin. The popular gathering was attended by about 300 people. Moreover, against the activist Igor Aparin, who read out an appeal to the president instead of Ilyukhin, the police drew up a protocol for organizing a mass stay of citizens. The court fined Aparin 10 thousand rubles.
According to Oksana Vladyka, Ilyukhin is dependent on two minor children and in the near future he will have a paid operation, which is comparable in cost to the amount of the fine imposed on him.
At the end of 2020, the court fined Sergei Ilyukhin 10 thousand rubles for recording a video message to the governor without a mask and without observing social distance. Then the inhabitants of Severodvinsk demanded to stop the construction of the wasteland with high-rise buildings and to lay out a park there.
In the Arkhangelsk region on October 27, Governor Alexander Tsybulsky introduced additional coronavirus restrictions. Residents can visit shops (with the exception of grocery and pharmacies) only if they have a QR code or a vaccination certificate. On October 15, the chief state sanitary doctor for the region, Taras Nosovskaya, signed a decree on the compulsory vaccination of service workers.
Similar restrictions introduced in other regions also force citizens to write down their appeals to the president. On November 3, for the announcement of such a video message, the police detained a resident of Kaliningrad Arseny Shcheglov, informs “North. Realities”. Moreover, he did not oppose vaccination, but only wanted to inform the president that he considers the introduction of QR codes to be discrimination and an infringement of the rights of citizens.
