In Russia, per day, the increase in new cases of coronavirus infection in the Russian Federation amounted to 40 443 cases, 1 189 patients died – this is the maximum for a pandemic, should from the data of the operational headquarters.

Earlier, the authorities of all 85 Russian regions announced the introduction of a QR code system for visiting public places. At the same time, in some regions this measure has not yet entered into force and will work until mid-December.

From November 4 in the Omsk region without a QR code it will be impossible to enter restaurants, cafes and canteens. Catering organizations will only work to take away. The new pass system will also be in shopping and shopping and entertainment centers in Omsk, with the exception of grocery stores, pharmacies and communication salons located there. Recall that from October 30 in the Omsk region introduced a system of QR codes for access to cultural institutions, cinemas, libraries, sports facilities, water parks and hotels.

From November 8, the QR code system will start operating for visiting a number of cultural and sports institutions in the Tyumen region, transfers TASS. In Bryansk, it will work from November 15, certificates will be checked in all institutions, including at the entrance to cafes and restaurants. Codes for visiting public events and catering establishments will be launched in Kuzbass in mid-November, but in test mode.

In the Kamchatka Territory, the QR code system will be introduced in transport, the press service of the regional government said. transfers Interfax. From November 23, QR codes will be required when boarding air transport in all directions of the Kamchatka Territory and on intercity buses traveling from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky to the villages of Oktyabrsky, Esso, Klyuchi and Ust-Kamchatsk. In addition to the QR code on vaccination, travel and overflight will be allowed upon presentation of a QR code or a certificate of the patient who has been ill (if no more than six months have passed since the date of recovery), or a medical certificate on contraindications to vaccination. You will also need to present an identity card.

In the Altai Republic, QR codes will be introduced everywhere only from November 29, but from November 15 they will begin to operate in Gorno-Altaysk and Mayminsky district, where the highest incidence of covid.
