Afghan agency Bakhtar reported that the attack on a hospital in Kabul was carried out by militants of the Islamic State (IS) terrorist group. Earlier, an eyewitness said that a group of terrorists entered the hospital building, which had explosions. According to him, the attackers engaged the Taliban.
Al Jazeera citing eyewitnesses clarifiesthat a car packed with explosives was blown up near the hospital.
