Journalists “Mediazona” talked with a person who writes denunciations about insulting the feelings of believers and about LGBT propaganda. This is 45-year-old Timur Bulatov from St. Petersburg. It was Bulatov who told the police about the model Irina Volkova, who starred against the background of St. Isaac’s Cathedral with her skirt up. At the end of October, she was accused of insulting the feelings of believers and was detained despite the fact that the cathedral is not a religious institution, it is a museum. Volkova was brought to court in handcuffs and placed in a cage for the defendants. The judge decided to refuse the investigation, since the arguments about the model’s guilt are unconvincing.

Bulatov describes himself as “a happy husband, father of two children, a patriot of Russia, a jeweler.” And he does not hide his desire to punish girls who are photographed half-naked against the background of cathedrals with the help of sexual violence.

He said that “volunteers” send him photographs of the girls. This is how the “happy husband and jeweler” calls his followers, whom, according to him, he has about 1,500 people. At the same time, there are only 32 participants in his group “Parents of Russia”. “Well, someone sent me and said:” Timur, this offends the feelings of believers. ” And I made a decision that it was necessary to punish ”. According to Bulatov, he searched the Internet for witnesses who are offended by Volkova’s photo, “throwing a cry”. The “believing Christian Arkasha” responded.

In social networks, Bulatov, without hesitation in expressions, described with physiological details exactly how he would like to “blow” Volkova “after a legal trial and conviction.” He told the journalists that he did not consider his behavior offensive – so, according to him, many men would like to punish a woman. He also noted that his wife agrees with him.

“We are all information war warriors, all patriots,” he says. – In my opinion, “Volkov” should be punished. And many men would have punished her that way. Because she deserves it with her behavior. Is a normal woman going to show what should be hidden in public? No. So she deserves a low regard. And I agree with those who stone such people. “

Bulatov agrees with the court’s decision to release the model, since he learned that Volkova has a child. But, in his opinion, she should have been assigned a large fine so that it would be difficult for her to pay it: “She has a working ass, let her go to the panel to earn money,” says the “patriot of Russia”.

He also proudly told reporters that he has many connections in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which in batches are starting up cases on his statements. A special source of pride for Bulatov is that it was he who wrote a statement against the artist Yulia Tsvetkova, who has been under investigation since 2019. Tsvetkova is accused of distributing pornography because of pictures in the public “Monologues of the Vagina” – the girl drew educational images of the anatomy of the female body with explanations on how to treat and accept it. In March 2020, Bulatov also wrote a statement about “gay propaganda” against Tsvetkova’s mother, Anna Khodyreva.

Bulatov has two children, his son is 15 years old. They are brought up “with a clear understanding of what is white and what is black. Do’s and Don’ts. What is sin and what is good. “
