Muscovite Miloslava Malyarova announced the rape by police officers at the police station, but the case was not opened, and the accused officer was dismissed from the department retroactively. About it report “Such cases” with reference to the lawyer Vladimir Bunakov.

“On the evening of August 11, my boyfriend and I were unexpectedly taken to the Lublino district police department without giving any reason. All my things were taken there. I could not contact my relatives and call a lawyer. At night, a drunken employee raped me, ”the newspaper quotes the girl.

To escape from the police, Malyarova cut her veins with a razor she found. Despite this, she was released from the department only in the morning. According to the girl, the police officers tried to give her money and asked to be silent about the incident. The police did not return her things, as well as her passport and phone.

Malyarova filed an application with the Investigative Committee. A month later, she was told that a criminal case was refused. The UK considered that she voluntarily entered into a relationship with an operational officer.

“As they say, there are no obvious marks and injuries on me, which means, according to this completely wild logic, I did not resist enough. But imagine for a moment: in front of me is a drunken man with a weapon, much older than me, strong physically. It was simply pointless for me to fight him, and all the words were useless, ”Malyarova explained.

After the lawyer’s complaint, the refusal to initiate a criminal case was canceled as illegal. An additional check is underway.

For what Malyarova was detained, the police did not explain. The employee, whom the girl accuses of rape, was fired retroactively. Malyarova’s passport was returned only a few months after the incident.

“I wake up at night with nightmares and tears. I can often start crying for no reason, I get very scared, it just rolls in a wave, I don’t even notice how I grab the hair on my head, it can last five minutes, fifteen, half an hour, and I absolutely can’t do anything about it “, – the girl is quoted by the publication.

According to her lawyer, the actions of the investigators do not allow Malyarova to recover psychologically. He is unable to interrogate her due to recurrent nervous breakdowns.
