Cabinet due to the introduction of a non-working week ordered to pay subsidies to socially oriented NGOs, small and medium-sized businesses. In addition, banks that support the business will receive compensation to compensate for lost income from loans.

Enterprises in the field of hotel business, catering, sports, additional education, consumer services, as well as culture and leisure will receive financial assistance. At the same time, one condition must be met – enterprises must maintain the number of employees at a level of at least 90%.

Formerly Russian President Vladimir Putin announced non-working days from October 30 to November 7 inclusive with the preservation of wages due to the situation with the coronavirus. After November 7, this regime may be extended.
