In St. Petersburg, police detained a 31-year-old alleged participant in a candid photo shoot in front of St. Isaac’s Cathedral, reported Interfax at the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Earlier, users of social networks drew attention to a photo of a woman who posed in thong shorts at St. Isaac’s Cathedral. They demanded to punish her for insulting the feelings of believers.

How clarifies The fifth channel, the photo shows the model Irina Volkova. Due to the harassment that began, she had to close her accounts. Volkova also said that the photos were posted by ill-wishers from a microfinance organization, informs “St. Petersburg”.

“I am very angry with people for being so disgusting. I am ashamed of them. You understand that everything that you want me, this will be your fate. I’m a witch. Do not write nasty things to me, it is not beneficial for you, ”she wrote.

On October 29, the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow pronounced a verdict on the participants of the photo session in front of the St. Basil’s Cathedral. Blogger from Tajikistan Ruslan Talabjon (Ruslana Bobieva) and model Anastasia Chistova (Asya Akimova) sentenced to ten months in a general regime colony under the article on insulting the feelings of believers (part 1 of article 148 of the Criminal Code). The reason for the trial was the publication of a photograph in which the defendants, as it seemed to the audience, imitated oral sex. The girl was squatting in front of her filming partner, while she was wearing a jacket with the words “police” on it.

On October 1, the Moscow Zamoskvoretsky Court ruled to expel Bobiev from Russia for violating the regime of stay in the country (Article 18.8 of the Administrative Code) and fined him 5 thousand rubles. In addition, he and Akimova received ten days of arrest for disobeying the police (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Administrative Code).
