The ex-head of Team-29, lawyer Ivan Pavlov, was put on the wanted list. About this Pavlov himself told in your personal Telegram channel.

“On September 20, the investigator in my criminal case issued a resolution to put me on the wanted list. Despite the fact that neither me nor my lawyers have been summoned to the investigator since July, and it is not difficult to establish my whereabouts, it is enough for me to call, “Pavlov wrote.

He also added that he learned about the wanted list from Ivan Safronov, who, in turn, was informed about this by the investigator Alexander Chaban.

“From the very beginning, the case against me was initiated by the FSB, as evidenced by letter General of the Army Bortnikov to General of Justice Bastrykin and the body (military counterintelligence) that carried out operational-search measures against me. Now we have received evidence that the FSB, and Colonel Chaban personally, continue to fully control the actions of the Investigative Committee. In this case, my investigator is only assigned the role of an obedient pencil, signing any decisions that the FSB dictates to him, ”the lawyer emphasized.

Ivan Pavlov in April 2021 became a defendant in a criminal case on the disclosure of data from a preliminary investigation. The investigation believes that the lawyer illegally organized the publication of the decree on bringing Safronov as an accused, and also told reporters about a secret witness in the journalist’s case. Pavlov also does not admit his guilt and considers the claims of the investigation to be unfounded. According to the position of the lawyer, he reported to the media about violations of the law against Safronov.

In September became knownthat the lawyer left Russia for Georgia. “Now I’m an emigrant. While in Georgia – a country with which I am connected a lot. My mother was born here, my grandfather is buried, I lived here for three years as a child, went to school … Much will have to start from scratch. But this is not the first time for me. Moreover, I plan to continue the work that caused me to be forced to leave my country. Despite the fact that I am temporarily forced to live abroad, I associate my present and future with Russia. And I will be back, ”Pavlov said.
