On Eljay, a protocol on drug propaganda was drawn up after Morgenstern and Dude

The Zyuzinsky Court of Moscow received materials of an administrative case under an article on drug propaganda on the Internet against the performer Alexei Uzenyuk, known as Eljey. The protocol was previously drawn up by the police.

What exactly the drawing up of the protocol is connected with is unknown, writes TASS. Before Eljay, cases were initiated on the same administrative offense against journalist Yuri Dud and performer Alisher Morgenstern. The reason for initiating a case against the latter was the clips “Rosovo Wine-2” and Family.

According to the agency, a State Duma deputy from the LDPR party Dmitry Nosov turned to the security forces with a complaint about the rapper. Musician threatened with a fine up to one million rubles. The court decided to fine him 100 thousand rubles.

Later the same fine was approved court and in the case against Dudya. An administrative case against the journalist about drug propaganda was opened in June this year due to two episodes of the VDud show with blogger Ivangai (Ivan Rudskoy) and Alisher Morgenstern. All three cases were considered by the Zyuzinsky Court of Moscow.
