In Sudan, the military arrested members of the transitional government that was formed after the coup. About it informs TV channel “Al-Hadas”.

The Prime Minister of Sudan Abdullah Hamduk and four ministers of communications, information, finance and industry were detained. Governor of Khartoum Ayman Nimr and representative of the Sovereign Council Muhammad al-Faki were also detained.

The entrances to the capital and bridges in the city are blocked.

In September, the Sudanese authorities reported that prevented attempted coup. Supporters of President Omar al-Bashir, ousted more than two years ago, were named guilty. Abdullah Hamduk made it clear that the reasons for what happened were a national crisis and disagreements within the country’s state institutions, including the army.

Recall that since August 2019, Sudan has been led by a transitional civil-military administration, which came to power as a result of a military coup. In April 2019, the country’s former president, Omar Al-Bashir, was ousted.
