In St. Petersburg, the police detained a doctor and four nurses who organized a fictitious vaccination center against COVID-19 in a polyclinic at the First St. Petersburg State Medical University named after Academician I.P. According to the investigation, doctors filled out documents for money that a person had been vaccinated against coronavirus. “After the execution of the fictitious vaccination, the unused drug was destroyed, after which all the necessary documents for the patients were filled out. At the same time, information about vaccination, as expected, was reflected in the electronic service “Gosuslugi” “, – celebrated on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to the IC, doctors received bribes from 12 people totaling at least 100 thousand rubles. How writes “Fontanka”, for one certificate, the staff of the polyclinic took 7.5 thousand rubles and received about 300 thousand rubles in total.
Investigators opened a criminal case against the doctors under Part 5 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (taking a bribe). They can face imprisonment for a term of seven to twelve years.
