The Ministry of Industry and Trade gave a number of recommendations to enterprises that will operate on non-working days

The Ministry of Industry and Trade gave a number of recommendations that operating enterprises will have to comply with on non-working days from October 30 to November 7. About it reported press service of the department.

Thus, the authorities recommend:

  • continue the work of operators of online commerce and delivery services, including points of issue of orders of online stores;
  • continue the work of gas stations, gas filling stations, as well as stores at gas stations – in compliance with anti-epidemiological measures (mask mode, social distance);
  • in terms of non-food stores, as well as cafes, restaurants and other public catering facilities, as well as facilities providing household services to the population, it is proposed to allow the service of visitors in the trading floor (service hall), subject to the visitor presenting a valid QR code;
  • organizations that are allowed to serve consumers, subject to the presentation of a valid QR code, are required to ensure the identification of the visitor by an identity document. The QR code is checked directly at the entrance to the organization;

The proposals of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia are of a recommendatory nature, the final decision remains with the heads of the constituent entities and the chief state sanitary doctors of the constituent entities of Russia.

Recall in Russia announced non-working days from October 30 to November 7 inclusively with the preservation of wages for employees. Regions with the most difficult epidemiological situation can declare non-working days from October 23rd. After November 7, this regime may be extended.
