Supporters of the “Police Ombudsman” Vladimir Vorontsov deceived the investigation in order to reveal the falsifications in his case. The video was published на Youtube.

Among the creators of the video was Irina Andina, dismissed from the law enforcement agencies of Saransk, who was a victim in the case. However, she retracted her earlier testimonies and gave new ones. As it turned out from the film, Andina became a victim on purpose, she did it to help Vorontsov expose the investigators who fabricated criminal cases against him.

At previous court hearings, the girl explained that Vorontsov was her representative in the court for reinstatement in the police service. And when she shared with him her erotic video, because of which she lost her job, Vorontsov began to extort money from her. Another witness for the prosecution, Yevgeny Moiseev, also spoke at the trial.

At the trial, both Moiseyev and Andina explained that the extortion episode was falsified against Vorontsov by the staff of the Internal Security Service. The authors of the video published audio recordings of negotiations between police officers and personnel services with Irina about giving the necessary testimony in exchange for reinstating a woman to serve in the police. At the same time, they specially arrived at the place of residence in Mordovia for the victim and offered to go to Moscow, accompanied by traffic police cars to participate in investigative actions, and also settled her in a fashionable hotel in the capital and bought her a suit and shoes for filming an interview on a criminal case.

In addition, the witness accused the former lawyer of Vorontsov Sergei Badamshin of collaborating with the “special officers”, allegedly, on their instructions, the defender interrupted the confrontation between Irina and Vladimir.

Recall that 14 criminal cases have already been brought up against the founder of the Police Ombudsman, Vladimir Vorontsov: two – on extortion (part 2 of Article 163 of the Criminal Code), three – on the distribution of pornography (Article 242 of the Criminal Code), one – on libel (Part 2). 2 article 128.1 of the Criminal Code) and eight – about insulting a representative of the authorities (article 319 of the Criminal Code). The Police Ombudsman assisted law enforcement officials facing injustice at work.
