He, through a certain Dzutsev, who is now on the wanted list, reported about the upcoming exchange to the special forces officer Margiev, who from his acquaintances gathered a group of raiders. Real estate was valued at more than $ 1 billion.

The victim himself informed the court that he no longer had any claims against some of the defendants, since he could dispose of their property as compensation for his damage, and asked to remove the arrest from the cars and apartments of the accused. However, the prosecutor Grinko opposed, the judge postponed the consideration of this issue. The lawyer of the defendant Vladimir Urusov said that the prosecutor demands maximum terms for those who happened to be at the crime scene by accident – One unsuccessfully gave a friend a ride to the bank and, suspecting nothing, sat and waited for him in the car. And the other, being ignorant of his friend’s criminal intentions, accompanied him to the bank, ”said the lawyer. Also, according to her, the special forces Urusov and Obolensky did not participate either in the organization of the crime, or in the further division of money.
