The publication refers to Photoposted on the Vkontakte public page “Transport collapse. Red Village”. The photo shows partially burned documents. In one of the statements, a woman says that her husband, “while intoxicated,” “broke the interior door” during an argument. The documents show the signatures of the police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Moscow region.
After publication, on the morning of October 20, local residents discovered that the landfill had disappeared. The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region told the publication that these are documents for 2013-2015. They should have been destroyed, but the procedure was not carried out properly.
“The remaining documents were promptly seized and destroyed. An official check is being carried out on the fact of the incident, ”the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
