Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova proposed to declare “non-working days” throughout Russia from October 30 to November 7. According to her, this must be done due to the difficult epidemiological situation.

Today, 33,740 cases of infection have been identified in the country, 1015 people have died. This is again a record for the entire pandemic.

In many regions, including Moscow and St. Petersburg, QR codes are being introduced again. It is not planned to go to a full lockdown, and, consequently, financial support of business and the population is not yet planned, the authorities have repeatedly stated that there will be no more lockdowns. However, restrictions on visiting public places and mass events are back in effect.
