The hacker group “Cyber-Partizans” published an audio recording of telephone conversations of the Belarusian security officials, during which they discuss the creation of difficult conditions for the detained oppositionists. About it informs “Mediazona”, recording published на Youtube.

Among such conditions – placement in the same cell with the homeless, the treatment of premises with bleach, the issuance of torn mattresses.

On the record, the person whom Cyber-Partizans calls the first deputy head of the main health department of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee, Vitaly Kozlov, gives such instructions to Nikolai Maksimovich, an employee of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee.

In another entry, Maksimovich speaks with the head of the Soligorsk ROVD, Aleksandr Sharovar. Maksimovich asks the interlocutor to clarify how many detainees he has “at 23.34”. He replies that there are two. Then Maksimovich specifies in what conditions they are kept. “In solitary confinement, that means the crappy mattresses, almost torn there, ***** [блин], lousy. So they are sitting alone. Now I give the command to find them homeless. Bleach was treated three times yesterday … ”- says Sharovar.

On one more note, Maksimovich gives instructions to the deputy head of the Borisov ROVD Pavel Zmiter. Maksimovich explains to him: “If the court’s decision is a day, then the most comfortable conditions should be created for them in the IVS, only turned 180 degrees.” “Fragrances, ***** [блин], cleaning with bleach and so on. Within the framework of the current legislation, of course, but at the same time: homeless people, cum. So that they understand that the day, ***** [блин] – it’s not like relaxing on two mattresses and getting more money for a share, okay? ” – Maksimovich asks.
