Experienced psychologists will help journalists, lawyers and NGO employees to fight burnout for free. According to Chikov, more than 50 people from a dozen Russian regions have already received help in a test mode.
In order to get help from a specialist, you must fill out questionnaire… After processing the data, an online consultation with a psychologist will be held to discuss the test results.
“In the future, face-to-face meetings and work in groups, including Balint ones, are also possible,” added Pavel Chikov. He stressed that the very fact of the appeal and the content of the conversation will be strictly confidential.
