The Cheremushkinsky Court of Moscow recovered from Russia, represented by the Ministry of Finance, more than 4 million rubles in favor of the hematologist Elena Misyurina, who was accused in a criminal case due to the death of a patient. About it informs Interfax.
The court made the decision on October 13.
On January 22, 2018, the Cheryomushkinsky court sentenced Misyurina to two years in a general regime colony, having found her guilty of providing services that did not meet safety requirements that resulted in the death of a patient.
According to the investigation, on July 25, 2013, the doctor, when performing trepanobiopsy (bone marrow analysis), violated the “method, tactics and technique” of the procedure, as a result of which there was a “through damage to the blood vessels” of the patient, who subsequently died.
