The former head of the Irkutsk department of the Federal Penitentiary Service Anatoly Kilanov became the director of the Orenburg garbage collection company. The company is owned by a prominent businessman Sergei Cherny. In 2019, after the death of Cherny’s friend, a local resident, Vladislav Marusov, was tortured in a pre-trial detention center with a demand to confess to the murder of a woman. writes “Taiga.info”.

According to Kontur.fokus, Cherny is the owner of Russol. It is the largest salt producer in Russia. He also owns LLC “Priroda”, which is engaged in garbage disposal. The company’s revenue in 2020 amounted to 1.8 billion rubles, net profit – 224.5 million. The director of this company is Anatoly Dmitrievich Kilanov.

From July 2015 to October 2019, Kilanov headed the GUFSIN of Russia in the Irkutsk region. Just at that time, Vladislav Marusov was in Irkutsk SIZO-1, who was accused of murdering a close friend of Sergei Cherny, Anna Malaya. Marusov worked as a driver in Malaya, writes Taiga.info, and on the night of September 8, 2018, after visiting several bars, she asked to take her to Listvyanka. There she wished to be alone. While waiting for the woman, the driver fell asleep, and waking up after searching, he found the body of Malaya at the foot of the cliff in the water.

Marusov was involved in the case as a murder suspect, but he himself believes that the woman could have fallen off the cliff while intoxicated. He was arrested in May 2019. Later, the court issued an acquittal.

Marusov himself said that in SIZO-1 he was tortured and forced to confess to the murder of Anna Malaya.

“I was told – if you did it, then confess. And if you didn’t, then maybe you’d better take the blame too? Because the conditions in your pre-trial detention center will not be so hot. You will be given the lowest criminal status, you will be a “rooster”, an outcast, you will be “perforated”. The choice is yours”.

Later, the threats came true, says Marusov. “They knocked me off my feet, began to insult, undress and beat me, – told he – Then I pulled out the razor and tried to “open myself” – just so that they would pull me out of there and would not bring me back. They tied me up and dragged me the other way. I lie there, bleeding, and salt is being poured into my cuts. Which, by the way, was from Russoli.
