Montenegro reveals the names of Russians who received “golden passports”

The Montenegrin authorities have published a document with positive decisions on the granting of citizenship of the country. There are 166 names in the list, attention to him drew RBC.

In 2019, Montenegro launched the Citizenship by Investment program. To obtain citizenship, program participants must invest in real estate from 250 thousand euros in the north of the country to 450 thousand euros in the south. You also need to make a charitable contribution of 100 thousand euros.
