Alexander Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, decided to award a medal “For Assistance” to a woman who helped to detain participants in a fight in the Moscow metro, informs RIA Novosti.
The woman witnessed the fight in the carriage, pressed the panic button, and then ran out of the carriage after the participants in the fight and pointed at them to the police officers.
