A group of 40 investigators claim to have uncovered the identity of a serial killer known as the Zodiac

Post wore footprints that match the footprints of the Zodiac at three different crime scenes. The members of the group deciphered one of the letters written by the Zodiac; the key to decryption was precisely the name of Post.

Investigators also discovered a connection between the Zodiac and another murder, which happened two years before the first murder, which is officially linked to the Zodiac. The attack was carried out on 18-year-old Cherie Joe Bates. The team believes that it was Post who killed the girl on October 31, 1966 in California.

Zodiac is a serial killer who committed crimes in California in the San Francisco area in the 1960s. He was never caught. He became famous for the encrypted letters that he sent to local newspapers.
