The Nizhny Novgorod prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit with the regional court demanding to recognize the “Male State” as an extremist organization and ban its activities. About it informs Mediazona.
The lawsuit was filed by the acting prosecutor of the Nizhny Novgorod region Andrey Galchenko. The defendants are the founder of the “Male State” Vladislav Pozdnyakov, as well as Igor Nosov and Dmitry Gubanov. The interested parties are the Nizhny Novgorod Department of the Ministry of Justice and Roskomnadzor for the Volga Federal District.
Pozdnyakov himself wrote in his Telegram channel that “there will soon be a trial to recognize the Male State as an extremist community.” According to him, he has not been in charge of this brand “for a year already” and suggested that the current head of the organization find a lawyer.
Supporters of the “Men’s State” repeatedly harassed the Internet, sent threats to fem-activists and lowered ratings to establishments that were considered overly tolerant. The insider collected everything that is known about this organization.
