The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow fined the deputy of the Moscow City Duma Yekaterina Engalycheva 250 thousand rubles, according to the ruling she received. At the same time, the judge announced a different amount of the fine – 150 thousand rubles.
How reported Ekaterina Engalycheva, she was accused of organizing a rally (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Administrative Code – repeated violation of the organization of an uncoordinated action), and the reason for this was “a picture with a repost of State Duma deputy VF Rashkin announcing his legal meeting with voters.” Moreover, Engalycheva herself was not in this image.
“The grouped picture presented to the court looks like a photoshop. And the identification was not carried out at all and it was not proved that it was I who made the repost, and not the assistants leading my social networks, ”the deputy added.
Consideration of one more administrative case opened against Engalycheva was postponed to October 11, writes “New Newspaper”. In this case, she also faces a fine from 150 thousand to 300 thousand rubles or arrest for up to 30 days for a Communist Party share on September 25.

On October 1, the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow fined Nikolai Zubrilin, the head of the Communist Party faction in the Moscow City Duma, 20 thousand rubles. He was found guilty of participating in an unauthorized action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Administrative Code).
On September 20, the day after the end of the elections to the State Duma, the deputy chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Dmitry Novikov announced that the party did not recognize the results of electronic voting, and the party leader Gennady Zyuganov called on his supporters “to defend the election results as Podolsk cadets defended Moscow.” On September 25, on Pushkinskaya Square, an action against falsification of elections to the State Duma, organized by the Communist Party of the Russian Federation in the form of a meeting with deputies, took place. Before its start, about 60 supporters of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation were detained.
