Long-term partners of the girlfriend of Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov are cooperating with members of the Solntsevskaya organized criminal group. About it writes publication “Important Stories”.
According to the publication, since 2007 and for several years, Lavrov’s friend Svetlana Polyakova was a co-owner of the Moscow companies “Standard Aqua” and “Consul”, engaged in catering and restaurant business and registered in the same building with the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
According to “Important Stories”, Polyakova’s partners in these companies were Khamit Zinurov and Igor Maltsev, who have owned shares in the Czech trading company Zlaty Standart for more than a quarter of a century. Three of the seven owners of the company – Mikhail Kudin, Sergey Stolyarov and Pyotr Gorbatykh (this year his share went to a relative) – were repeatedly mentioned in the media as members of the Solntsevskaya organized criminal group.
In particular, “Novaya Gazeta” called Kudin, one of the leaders of the group, nicknamed “Kvakin”, Sergei Stolyarov (nickname – “Joiner”) had a conviction for extortion as part of an organized group with the use of firearms and threat of murder, Pyotr Gorbatykh was convicted of murder.

The name of the woman “Important stories” was recognized thanks to the award for participation in the restoration of the temple of St. Sergius of Radonezh, which was presented to her by Patriarch Kirill as an employee of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. According to the newspaper, Polyakova “has significant influence in the Russian Foreign Ministry.” She also ran a ministry-related business.
Polyakova, according to the investigation, owns an apartment with an area of almost 260 square meters in the residential complex “Prechistenka 13” in the very center of Moscow. This house is located in the area of the so-called Golden Mile – a site between Ostozhenka and Prechistenka streets, where some of the most expensive apartments are sold not only in Russia, but throughout the world. There are only 15 apartments in the house on Prechistenka, 13, and, in addition to Polyakova, apartments in it are owned by the mother of the chairman of the board of directors of the National Media Group Alina Kabaeva, the wife of Yevgeny Bazhanov, the former rector of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as one of the richest people in Russia Leonid Michelson.
In addition, Svetlana Polyakova owns apartments in Sochi and a house in the Moscow region. Polyakova’s daughter Polina studied at the Imperial College Business School in London. Now she owns several companies in the capital of Great Britain, one of them – PPK Investments Ltd – is registered on Hollandgreen Place. This street is located in the Kensington area – one of the most expensive in London. In the same house where the company is registered, Svetlana Polyakova’s daughter Polina rented an apartment for 999 years in 2016. The total cost of the Polyakova family’s real estate, according to Vostochnye Stories, is more than 1 billion rubles.
Svetlana Polyakova also has a whole fleet of luxury cars. She owns a Porsche, two expensive Mercedes, and until 2016 she owned a Bentley. This year, Svetlana Polyakova’s mother also acquired a Mercedes car, which costs 20 million rubles in showrooms.
