In the attack on the deputy of the St. Petersburg Legislative Assembly, Boris Vishnevsky, who tried to file a complaint about the election results on September 20, the State Duma candidate from the Party of Pensioners Maxim Gogolin participated. About it writes Fontanka.

Previously became knownthat one of the attackers called Vishnevsky on the phone, introduced himself as a Fontanka correspondent and asked the deputy to comment on the street. There were four more people waiting for him. They snatched copies of the complaints from Vishnevsky and said that he would not get into the building anyway.

According to “Fontanka”, the phone number from which Vishnevsky was called is contained in a questionnaire, which, according to the Dossier center, was compiled by political strategists associated with “Putin’s chef,” recidivist Yevgeny Prigozhin. The questionnaire belonged to Maxim Gogolin, who is the president of the non-profit organization “Fund for the Development of Information and Communication Technologies”.

According to the publication, the video of eyewitnesses shows that after the conflict, Gogolin stood to the left of everyone in a black jacket. Boris Vishnevsky himself also recognized Gogolin from the video.

According to Fontanka, in May this year Maxim Gogolin took part in the primaries of United Russia, but took the penultimate place. He was nominated to the State Duma in the 209th district of St. Petersburg from the Party of Pensioners.
