At PEC # 1521 in the Dagestan village of Aksai, 98% of the votes of the Green party and 0% of the United Russia party were screwed up by mistake. According to the published election results, the voters who voted at this PEC allegedly cast 1,617 votes to the Green party and 25 votes to the Fair Russia – For Truth party; not a single person voted for United Russia. At the same time, in all other PECs in the Khasavyurt district of Dagestan, the parties gave more than 80% of the votes. In total, in this area, “United Russia”, according to official data, gained 82.8% of the vote, while the “Green” party gained only 1.8%.

Earlier, independent experts said that the 2021 elections were held with numerous rigging. Electoral analyst Sergei Shpilkin, who uses mathematical methods to investigate the official results of voting in Russia, made a conclusionthat in the past elections without falsifications, United Russia would have received a little more than 30% of the votes on the federal list.
The head of the CEC, Ella Pamfilova, said that a total of 25,830 ballots were invalidated, and the election results were canceled at three polling stations in Crimea, Kalmykia and St. Petersburg.
