The results of the electronic voting in Moscow were summed up at 4 am, but have not yet been published. This became known to The Insider.
“All questions about this situation should be asked to the CEC,” said Alexei Venediktov, head of the Public Headquarters for Election Observation in Moscow.
At the same time, the protocols of the results of electronic voting in Moscow were processed overnight. They were introduced to the observers and taken to the TEC in order to enter the GAS “Vybory” into the system.
The protocols were photographed by the observer Denis Shenderovich, who confirmed their authenticity.
An employee of the Public Headquarters for Election Observation in Moscow, who asked to remain anonymous, suggested that the CEC was not publishing the results in order to discredit the Moscow electronic voting system. Note that in Russia there are two such systems – the capital and the federal. 6 billion rubles have been allocated for the implementation of the federal system of electronic voting, the source said.
