Initially, the CEC was supposed to hold a briefing on the results of the elections at 12:00. However, later it became known that at this time there would be a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and the head of the CEC Ella Pamfilova. Therefore, the summing up was postponed to 14:00.
