As the developers explained, FSB agents “for security purposes” are involved in issuing a key to access the observer’s node. This key was recalled by the FSB at 20:00 on September 19, after which it allegedly had to be redone.
Initially, the denial of access was due to a technical failure. An explanation about the FSB appeared only at 02:00 on September 20.
The observer node just allows you to see how the votes are counted and check if a substitution has occurred. But none of the observers got access to this node: neither at 2 am, nor at five in the morning, nor at 09:00, when the final protocols were published in printed form. All of this significantly undermines the credibility of the results of this vote.
It all looked like a Potemkin village and a props: Alexei Venediktov, as the host of some TV show, gives briefings, argues with someone and with his whole appearance shows that he is a strict representative of the jury.
I had the main question: why after eight in the evening the electronic protocol did not appear. According to the official version, the electronic machine simply counted the votes all night long. It looked like some kind of nonsense. In my opinion, the DEG results should be canceled. This is a profanation.
