<p>In the Khabarovsk Territory, the counting of votes in the elections to the State Duma, regional parliament and for the post of governor is almost completed.  Against the background of the regional average turnout of 30-60%, some of the polling stations showed an abnormally high turnout.</p>
<p>At the 31st precinct, everyone voted, it follows from the official data.  Most of these polling stations were in Vaninsky district &#8211; 13, another 7 territories with the most active voters were found in Sovgavansky district, in Komsomolsk-on-Amur and neighboring districts &#8211; 4 precincts.  In Khabarovsk, despite the fact that most of the voters in the region live in the city, only three polling stations showed 100% turnout, <a href="https://www.golosinfo.org/articles/145485?utm_source=twitter.com&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_campaign=anomalno-vysokuyu-yavku-pokazal-31-uchasto#/144962" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">informs</a> movement &#8220;Voice&#8221;.</p>
<p>At 38 polling stations in the Khabarovsk Territory, the turnout exceeded 90%.  As The Insider found out, the turnout at polling station No. 366 was 72% by noon on September 19, and by 3 pm it was already 100%.  Every fifth voter registered at polling station no. 149 in Khabarovsk came to vote between 3 pm and 6 pm on Sunday, and at polling station no. 84 in Khabarovsk on Sunday morning the turnout was less than 7%, and in just two hours half of all registered voters came to vote, and by six in the evening, 100% of voters had voted.  At polling station No. 57 in Khabarovsk, according to GAS Vybory, almost all voters came in the last hours before the polling station was closed.  PECs No. 329 and No. 332 of Komsomolsk-on-Amur reported that from a quarter to half of all voters came to vote only at certain hours &#8211; from 10 am to 3 pm on 19 September.</p>
<p>According to the Central Election Commission, Mikhail Degtyarev (LDPR) won almost 57% of the vote in the race for the head of the region, Marina Kim (Fair Russia &#8211; For Truth) &#8211; just over 25% of the vote, Vladimir Parfenov (Party of Pensioners) &#8211; 10 %, Mamedov Babek Yusif oglu (Rodina) &#8211; 3.5%.</p>
<p>In Khabarovsk, United Russia Boris Gladkikh (25.86%) is in the lead in the single-mandate constituency, Petr Perevezentsev, who comes from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (20.79%), is in second place, and Alexander Fedchishin from LDPR is in third place (9.11%), <a href="https://hab.mk.ru/politics/2021/09/20/rezultaty-vyborov-2021-v-khabarovskom-krae-predvaritelnye-itogi.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">writes</a> &#8220;MK &#8211; Khabarovsk&#8221;.</p>
<p>In voting for political parties, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (26.51%) is in the lead, United Russia is in second place (24.50%), and the LDPR is in third place (16.19%).  The five percent barrier was overcome by the parties &#8220;New People&#8221;, &#8220;Fair Russia &#8211; For Truth&#8221; and &#8220;Party of Pensioners&#8221;.</p>
<p>The elections in the region were held with numerous violations.  About this The Insider <a href="https://theins.ru/news/245138" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">told</a> previously candidate from Fair Russia, Anton Plyusnin.  According to him, at the polling stations it was forbidden to get acquainted with the documents during the counting of votes, the safes were not sealed, the protocols were filled out incorrectly.  In addition, the candidate complained about the lack of observers in the region and that the chairmen of the commissions sent observers from the opposition with instructions outside the precincts.</p>
