The Proletarsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don has arrested Igor Khoroshilov, editor-in-chief of the local newspaper Golos for 10 days, for the second time. He was accused of promoting extremist symbols because of the repost of a publication about “Smart Vote”. About it informs TASS.
Khoroshilov was detained on September 20 at the exit from the special detention center, where he served 10 days of arrest under the same article. A protocol was drawn up against him on the demonstration of extremist symbols (part 1 of article 20.3 of the Administrative Code).
On September 10, Khoroshilov was arrested under the same article.
Earlier, Khoroshilov had already been detained in the case of anonymous Telegram channels.
