On the third day of voting, observers report strange nighttime activity at polling stations in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other cities. The lights did not go out in the windows of the PEC buildings, and the leaders of the commission left their place of work after midnight.
Thus, in the St. Petersburg PEC-88, the chairman and his deputy left the building only at 1:30. “We were there illegally after closing. No independent voting members of the commission. The police didn’t let anyone into the station ”, – informs Ksenia Lavrova. According to her, a group of unknown people was with the PEC chairman.
Earlier, the chairman of the PEC, Ksenia Minashkina, confirmed by phone that she was indeed at the polling station and “working with documents,” but she would not let anyone inside, because the commission’s working hours had already ended.
A similar situation occurred near PEC-38. There, the chairman of the commission, Marina Novikova, stayed overnight. She was sitting in a car with two people at the entrance to the building, where she was noticed by TIK-31 member Varvara Mikhailova.
In Novokuznetsk, over 300 voters “voted” at PEC-724 at night, informs movement “Voice”.
In the village of Borskoye, Samara Region, at 11:45 pm, the employees of PEC-603 “were actively working with the voter lists and writing something there.” According to the deputy of the regional Duma Mikhail Matveyev, a candidate for regional deputy Vyacheslav Murtazin arrived at the scene, but he was not allowed into the premises.
In Odintsovo near Moscow, after the end of the second day of voting at PEC-2013, unused ballots were left overnight in the precinct, instead of storing them in a safe. The photo shows that voting forms – documents of strict accountability were placed on the backs of the seats. Earlier, at the same site, the right of a member of the commission to shoot video was limited, said member of the commission Gleb Smorodin.
