Observers demand that the election results be canceled at 437 precincts in Moscow’s 198th district. Yulia Galyamina, an observer from the Yabloko party, told The Insider about this.

“Here the register of home voting was drawn up incorrectly, therefore, all home voting that was carried out on it cannot be considered valid. This ballot box was not transferred to the KOIB, so it can be canceled, but the fact is that yesterday’s ballot box, which was collected with exactly the same violation, has already been moved to the KOIB. In theory, this would invalidate all the results of yesterday’s vote. Now we are writing a complaint about this, ”Galyamina said.

Earlier, the observer reported that the Moscow PEC 400 on the second day of voting opened at six in the morning, Rosgvardia employees vote there.

“They vote in” bad “, as KOIBs work only from 8 in the morning. Trash and lawlessness continues. It will cancel the result throughout the PEC “, – said Galyamina. According to her, about 1000 people voted at the polling station the day before, this is a record for the entire district.

Recall in Russia pass three-day elections of the State Duma deputies of the VIII convocation. 14 political parties take part in them. The Russians will have to elect 225 deputies from party lists and the same number from single-mandate constituencies. Voting will last from 17 to 19 September. Also, in some regions, elections are held for governors, deputies of legislative assemblies and city parliaments.
