Irish Visa Application Centers have resumed issuing tourist visas to Russian citizens in 11 major cities of the country. About it it says on the ATOR website.
The Association clarifies that at the moment Russians wishing to get to Ireland have the opportunity to apply only for short-term visas of category C. Submission of documents to the Visa Center is possible by appointment.
According to ATOR, Ireland does not recognize Russian vaccines. To enter the country, Russians over 12 years old will need a PCR test done no later than 72 hours before arrival, as well as a completed COVID-19 Passenger Locator Form.
At the moment, more than 60 countries have switched to soft restrictions for Russian tourists. In 34 countries, there are moderate restrictions, that is, for entry, citizens of the Russian Federation may require a certificate of a negative test result for COVID-19.
