The Investigative Committee of the Irkutsk Region called the main versions of the reasons for the crash of the L-410 aircraft error in piloting when maneuvering before landing and equipment failure. About it informs Interfax.
The criminal case of the accident is being investigated under the article on violation of the rules for the operation of air transport, resulting in the death of people (part 3 of article 263 of the Criminal Code).
On behalf of the chairman of the TFR Alexander Bastrykin, the case was transferred to the Main Investigation Department “for the most complete investigation.”
Black boxes were found at the crash site. At the Irkutsk airport, they seized flight documents, samples of fuel and technical fluids for examination. Interrogation of persons responsible for the organization and conduct of the flight, as well as the operation of the aircraft.
On September 12, the plane of the airline “Aeroservice” made an emergency landing on its way from Irkutsk to the village of Kazachinskoye. He sat down in thick fog in an inaccessible area four kilometers from his destination. One of the pilots and three passengers were killed, the rest were injured. In total, there were 14 passengers and two crew members on board. Three victims with complex fractures were taken to Irkutsk for treatment.
The Governor of the Irkutsk Region Igor Kobzev declared September 15 a day of mourning.
