In the Vladimir region, the prosecutor’s office demanded to abolish the “Code of professional ethics of a medical worker”, which was adopted by the chief doctor of the hospital in the city of Raduzhny, Lyudmila Zhukova, and according to which employees were prohibited from criticizing the work of the institution and their colleagues. About it informs “7×7”.

Medical workers themselves complained about the illegality of the document to the prosecutor’s office, repeatedly expressing dissatisfaction with the working conditions in the Raduzhny hospital and its chief doctor, the author of the appeal, paramedic Irina Fedotova, said in a conversation with the publication.

In response to the complaint of doctors, the prosecutor’s office replied that Zhukova had adopted the “Code of Professional Ethics of a Medical Worker” in violation of labor legislation, since she did not take into account the opinion of the trade union cell of medical workers, despite the fact that she had to first familiarize the doctors with the document.

At the moment it is not known whether the head physician complied with the order of the prosecutor’s office. According to hospital staff, she is currently on vacation.

According to “7×7”, after the appointment of Lyudmila Zhukova as the head physician of the Raduzhny hospital in December 2020, doctors repeatedly complained about working conditions and the lack of “covid” payments. In June this year, the hospital was visited by and. O. Deputy Governor of the Vladimir Region Olga Grebneva, who accused the head physician of a “piggy” attitude towards employees. The head of the hospital was reprimanded, while the doctors received payments.
